A dedicated father of three, Jim is a seasoned small business owner with over 17 years of experience in entrepreneurship. Throughout his career, he has successfully purchased, operated, and sold four businesses, demonstrating a deep understanding of business operations, growth, and transition. Prior to his ventures in small business, he spent 19 years in a leadership role at a major national corporation, where he honed his skills in management and strategic planning. Beyond his professional pursuits, he serves as the current president of the Rochester chapter of Sleep in Heavenly Peace, a national nonprofit committed to building and delivering beds to children in need. In 3.5 years under his leadership, they have delivered over 500 beds to children in the greater Rochester area. His work reflects a strong commitment to both community service and small business leadership.
